Low Maintenance Landscape - Southampton, MA

For this project we were contacted by the homeowners to design a low maintenance landscape that would suit their busy lifestyle as well as compliment their beautiful home. The entire property was landscaped, removing all lawn areas and thus, removing the need for routine maintenance. Our crews installed a vast assortment of easy-to-care-for trees, shrubs and plant material, as well as a dry creek river bed to add continuity to this landscape.

Please note, the lawn seen in the pictures belongs to the neighboring property.

Paver Patio - Easthampton, MA

A beautiful new patio was design to replace an old above ground pool and wooden deck which connected to the house.  Our crews installed a terraced patio using Unilock Roman Wall in the Granite Blend and Unilock Brussels Pavers in the Lime Stone color with a Brown Stone banding.  This outdoor living space was finished with a complimenting new landscape consisting of a Japanese Maple Tree, various ornamental grasses and several varieties of perennials.

Paver Driveway - Easthampton, MA

This beautiful new concrete paver driveway was installed for a long-time customer using Unilock Camelot pavers.  Our crews removed the old black top driveway and base and a new 16” base – to handle the vehicular loads – was installed prior to laying the pavers that you see here.

Paver Walkway - Southampton, MA

This homeowner, upon referral from L.P. Audette Builders, hired us to design and install a new walkway.  After careful review, Belgard pavers were chosen to accent the colors of the house.  A circle pack was created to add some continuity to the entry way.

Goshen Stone Walls and Steps - Southampton, MA

This homeowner contacted us to design a new entry way for their home (which had existing timber tie walls and steps that were in much need of repair).  After exploring several possibilities, Goshen Stone was chosen as the best fit for this project.  Several Goshen Stone Walls along with steps leading up to the front and side doors were installed.  Unilock pavers were used to create several landings and a patio in the backyard.  A new landscape and sod lawn were installed, completing this project and giving the entire yard a new look.

Age had finally taken its toll on the property’s existing wall, resulting in parts of it falling down.  We constructed a new Goshen Stone wall mixing in some of the old stone to match other walls on the property.  The finished look really adds to the beauty and value of this historic home.
